Endhiran might be the most awaited movie to hit the theatres this year. The movie sees superstar Rajnikanth and Aishwarya Rai in the lead roles. This is another attempt at sci-fiction by Indian filmmakers. The response has been good to the genre except the movie Love Story 2050 »”>Love Story 2050 that was a failure. In the movie, Rajni would be playing a double role. The release of the movie is being eagerly awaited.

There have been a few leaks in the plot of the movie. Rajni plays a scientist who makes a robot way ahead of its time. Rajni is in love with Aish but his creation also falls for her and the story revolves around the scientist and the robot trying to win over the heart of Aish. There is also a twist in store for the audience says the director of the movie.

The film has a massive budget of over 100 crores. The shoot of the movie began early in 2008 in the beautiful locales of Peru. The movie is being made in Tamil leaving the audiences in north a bit disappointed who would have also liked to see tha pairing of Aish and Rajni. Let us hope that the movie will be a huge hit and will then be remade in Hindi.

It will be interesting to see how a scientist reacts when his creation goes after his love. Will we see the robot walking away with the girl?
