Vinod Mehra and Yogeeta Bali starrer bollywood action thriller flick, Aakhri Kasam, was released in the year 1979. The movie id directed by Dinesh Ramnaresh. The other starcast of the movie includes Kabir Bedi, Nasir Hussain, Mumtaz Begum, Priyadarshanee, Meena T., Urmila Bhatt, Imtiaz Khan and Om Shivpuri in important characters. The melodious music of the movie was directed by the well known music director Ravindra Jain while the songs were rendered by Mohammed Rafi, Hemlata etc.

Jagga ( Satyendra Kapoor ) is living a poor lifestyle alongwith his wife and a young son. He works as a labour in a firm. Zamindar ( Om Shivpuri ) is an evil person of the village who is famous for his womenizing and alcoholic nature. Zaminder has lust for Jagga’s wife and wants to get her on bed anyhow. He abducts her and then performs rape with her. In order to keep this a secret, he later kills her. He also ends up killing her son as well. Jagga reveals about this and decides to take revenge from him. He tries to kill him but fails.

He then abducts Zamindar’s son and escape from the village. He starts bringing him up as his own son and names him, Badal. Years later, Badal ( Kabir Bedi ) is now a grown up guy. Badal is a very good person at heart and always tries to help others. Zaminder’s second son, Ram ( Vinod Mehra ) is a Police inspector now. It is then Jagga decides to make Badal stand against Zamindar.
