This is not the first time a case like this has been registered in the court where a producer is filing case for not being given any compensation for remaking the film taking the concept and the story line for A to Z. This trend has been continuing from generations in bollywood where film makers keep on making sequel and prequel of the movies as well as the remake.

Ghajini the Hindi version of the film made originally in Tamil is supposed to be this year’s one of the biggest hits and after its first day of release, the news of collection have been rocketing high after every show. This has put the producer of the original version of the movie in Tamil in a very bad situation as he has not been any compensation for remaking his film.

This is why the producer, A. Chandrashekhar has filed a case against the release of movie in Tamil Nadu and this is going to create a great loss to the filmmakers of the film Ghajini as well as the general audience of Tamil Nadu, who will not be having the privilege of watching the movie.

Director of the Tamil version as well as the Telegu version Murgudoss teamed up with Aamir in making the Hindi version as well and not only that, Asin who is leading the role opposite Aamir in the movie was also the lead female actor in the Tamil version.

All this put together gives the Tamil producer more reasons to react and raise a voice as he has not been paid as yet a single penny for the remake of the movie which originally belongs to him. We all can just pray that the matter gets a resolve and producer A. Chandrashekhar and Aamir find a solution to the problem so that the audience of Tamil Nadu can also get to watch the movie on the large screen.
