Sachin Tendulkar has become the latest Indian to have a wax statue erected at the famous Madame Tussauds museum in London. The list of Indian celebrities seems to be growing slowly but steadily. Accompanying him from India at the museum are Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan. Now after the master blaster has found a place over there the question arises who is next in line?

Bobby Khan who handles the Indian segment at the Madame Tussauds museum has shown his interest in Aamir Khan next going by his stature, popularity and the kind of work he has done over the years. He has revealed that this time around also Aamir was in the running until the end but it was Sachin who immortalized this year.

Aamir might have to wait for another year before he finds his place with the pack. Bobby Khan also revealed that out of the six statues erected each year from now on one would be that of an Indian celebrity not necessarily from Bollywood. He also has plans to bring the Madame Tussauds museum to the cities of Delhi and Mumbai.

Delhi might get the museum first as there is a bigger market and the people of Delhi are crazy about their stars. The talks have been put on hold until the General Assembly Elections get over. The museum is likely to find a place in Gurgaon or Saket. In addition, they are planning a public poll in which the public will decide who will be the next to be waxed from the likes of Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif and Hrithik Roshan.
