After Aamir now Rani hits the gym


Rani Mukherji has finally decided to shed off the extra calories. She has been under constant criticism for gaining weight over time as her career went on. She has finally decided to give it back to the critics. Helping her in the task would be none other than Satyajit Chourasia. Satyajit is the same person who was behind the six packs of Aamir Khan in Ghajini and beautiful physique of Saif Ali Khan in Race.

Rani has surely taken the first step very nicely by hiring the best trainer to get in shape for her next movie Cricket. She will be playing a women cricketer in the movie and the movie will be made under the Yashraj banner. She has done several films under the banner including hits like Tara Rum Pum Pum And Hum Tum. She will be hoping that partnership will continue to be fruitful for her.

She has been put on a specific diet. Sugar and sweets are a strict no no whereas the quantity of oil in the food has been kept at a bare minimum. The diet also has equal percentages of protein and carbs. The fats have been kept as low as possible. Besides this, she will also be attending some yoga classes. Quite some work she is putting in to get back in shape. She will once again be eyeing to become the number one actress.

She recently said that the source for her inspiration was Aamir and Kareena who did a tremendous job on their body. She is not backing off from hard work and is hoping that the results will be fruitful.
