Now this is turning into a debate of sorts as the days go by. We heard Bipasha Basu saying that the sequels are not meant fro actresses, as they are the one who are always chucked out of the movies. She made the comments expressing her felling after being chucked out of the sequels to numerous movies. She was not considered for the sequel to Raaz and Dhoom and very recently, the makers of Race decided to go without her on the ship.

Katrina Kaif and Lara Dutta are the next in line of causalities if it may be called so. They were a part of the biggest comedy hit last year in the form of Partner. Now when David Dhawan is planning a sequel he is planning to carry forward Govinda and Salman Khan only from the last movie. Now one might ask why is that such good performers were not considered for the sequel is.

The answer that is being given so far is that the movie will have a completely new story and the actors will not continue from where they left off. Still if you can accommodate two then you can keep the other two as well. However, to that they reason out saying that the audiences will get a feeling of déjà vu if the entire lead caste of the movie remains the same.

As of now, all the actresses will have to bear with this with the exception of Priyanka Chopra who will be back in the sequel to Don-The Race Begins. The shoot David’s movie is scheduled to begin in the month of August.
