Aishwarya Rai Bachan, as she wants to be known as, by the media, is reportedly signing those films that offer husband Abhishek Bachan in the opposite role of leading male in the film. She has already signed three films in which she has her husband in the leading role.

Right now, both of them are shooting for their next film “Ravana” in Kerala. The film is directed by Mani Ratnam and has all the spices to become a major hit of the year. Reportedly, director Ravi Menon approached them while both were shooting for there film with Mani Ratnam in order to cast them in his next film which is a thriller.

It seems that Aishwarya has lot of offers still in her kitty unlike other heroines of her age. Aishwarya has a past of unusual relations with Salman and Vivek and wants to take no risk to hamper her image anymore. Hence she is very carefully choosing the movies, seeing both script as well as the male lead.

She has already done “Sarkar Raj” with Abhishek which proved to be a major hit of the year. In this film, she also had Papa Amitabh Bachan playing a major role of a very famous Maharastrian politician based in Mumbai. Mani Ratnam’s “Guru” was also a major hit of the year in which it was released. This film had Aishwarya playing a role of a wife to a very stubborn but enormously successful businessman played by Abhishek.

It seems that Aishwarya wants to play safe and just like Aamir wants to do only two or three films a year. But it will be really tough for her to meet to the perfect level of Aamir. We wish Aishwarya a very good luck for her future projects and her all ventures proves to be successful.
