Finally, it has been decided. Kambakht Ishq will be having its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival this year and the lead pair of Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor will be walking the red carpet. Accompanying them on the red carpet will be none other than Sylvester Stallone who has a huge fan following over there. The producers are hoping to benefit from this fact and this was a reason why they are going ahead with this premiere.

The festival is scheduled to start from 13 of this month. It seems that when Sajid Nadiadwala broke the news of the premiere to Sylvester he seemed very upbeat and was looking forward to the experience of walking the red carpet with Akshay and Kareena. Akshay when he heard of this reaction from Sylvester was left flattered. He has always been a very big fan of Sylvester. Quite a scene it will be seeing these stars walk the red carpet.

Brandon Routh and Denise Richards will also be seen making their presence felt in the movie though, it is not certain whether they will attend the premiere not. Akshay is currently shooting with the cats of De Dhana Dhan in which he is sharing the screen space with his lucky mascot of sorts Katrina Kaif. The hit machine Akshay will be hoping to break the jinx with this one.

He was left in an awkward situation recently when he asked his producers to give him a hotel that was telecasting IPL matches. All the arrangements were made but when he arrived at the hotel a bit late, he found out that all the suites had already been taken up by the crew members and he was left in a embarrassing situation.
