There are few stars bigger in the world than Tom Cruise and Akshay Kumar has now walked the path that once tom walked. In his upcoming movie Kambakkht Ishq in which he plays a stunts man in Hollywood he has pulled off some death defying stunts. The actor had the adrenaline running and when quizzed about the risk that he has taken he replied that the stunts allow him to spend some time in his own world.

Akshay has now worked with Franco Solomon who was the man behind the death defying stunts in the Mission Impossible series. Akshay actually sounded surprised that they had managed to such stunts in the movie and all due to Franco. Akshay even got to ride the same bile that was used by Tom Cruise in MI. Remember that chase sequence from MI that blew our minds away.

Akshay will ride the mean machine with Kareena Kapoor as the pillion in a very important scene of the movie. Kareena will be playing a supermodel in the movie and the movie will mark the Bollywood debut of Sylvester Stallone and Denise Richards. The movie was to be released on 29 May but the release might be postponed due to the ongoing tussle between the multiples owners and the producers.

Akshay is also having De Dhana Dan, Blue and Action Replay that will be releasing this year. Besides these movies, he has also signed a movie titled Housefull. With the other big stars content with just a single release in a year it looks like Akshay will have around eight releases this year if we were to include the animation movie Jumbo.
