After beating Khans and Bachchans at the box office, Akshay Kumar has now decided to compete with them at television too. The latest news is that a reality show will be launched very soon with Khiladi Kumar playing host in it.

Akshay has been offered a reality show which is expected to be a Indian Version of the show Fear Factor. But the most interesting fact of this news is that, Akshay will be paid a very big amount, reportedly a never heard of before Rs 1.5 crore per episode. Even Salman Khan, who is also going to host a reality show for Sony Television, is not being paid that much.

Definitely Akshay’s amount is much more than what Shahrukh Khan is getting for his upcoming show, Kya Aap Paanchi Paas Se Tez Hain? However, this is not the first time that Akshay will be appearing on the small screen. Few years ago, he had hosted a martial arts show on National Geographic Channel.

It’s a well known fact that Akshay loves adventures and dare devil things. The show is being offered to him because it suits his image best. The show is expected to roll from August onwards.
