Sujoy Ghosh who is preparing to release Aladin has come out with a huge statement.thr project which is the biggest that he has handled so far is going to be a visual delight for the audiences he says. While preparing to direct this one he knew that Indian audiences had got a taste of movies like Harry Potter and The Lord Of The Rings and giving them something not equally good will spell out dooms day for his career.

The challenge that faced him was huge but now that he has completed the movie, he is confident that the visual effects are equally goo to that of Harry Potter series if not better. In the movie, Amitabh Bachchan will be seeing playing the character of the genie and he could not have asked for something more exciting than this at this point of his career where it looks like he has done almost every role.

Riteish Deshmukh will be playing Aladin. Sujoy shared the idea with Riteish after he was basking in the glory for his performance in the movie Masti. Sujoy on the other hand had just directed Jhankaar Beats. Therefore, both riding on a huge wave of momentum decided to make Aladin after talking for long hours over numerous cups of coffee.

The female lead in the movie will be played by Sri Lankan beauty Jackie Fernandez. Finally, after more than three years into the making they have finally completed the movie and are eagerly waiting to see the audience response after the release. The duo of Vishal Shekhar has given the music in this one.
