It has been five years since Ameesha Patel and brother Ashmit Patel made their war public and ended up parting ways with each other. Since that time, they have not even been on talking terms with each other let alone exchange warm greeting at social functions. Now from the looks of it in the past few days it looks like they have put the past behind them and moves on.

They are on talking terms with each other now all things changes when the met at a function recently and ended their five year long feud or so to say cold war. The even celebrated the festival of Raksha Bandhan this year after giving it a miss for those five years. On the day they even went too a multiples to watch Love Aaj Kal.

The actual reason behind the visit was to check out the new posters of Ashmit’s movie Toss. There seemed no feeling of awkwardness between them and it looked perfectly like a brother and a sister outing. Ashmit feels that things are going on well for him both in personal life and on the professional front. However, the same cannot be said about Ameesha who very recently found out that her tenant had left and had ruined her entire house.

All the sofas, curtains and the interior work was all ruined. When she worked up the cost of the damage, it came up in lakhs and she now wants the tenant to pay for the entire repair. She will have to revamp her house from the start and she has already talked with the brokers so that she gets the tenant to pay for all of the renovation.
