Evergreen jodi of, Amitabh Bachchan and Rekha is expected to be seen once again on celluloid for Sujoy Ghosh’s next. If all goes well then both of the actors will be seen together after a long gap of 27 years in any film. In all these years no director was able to present Big B and Rekha together on screen. But this time it seems to be done by Sujoy Ghosh.

The sizzling pair were seen in Muqaddar Ka Sikandar, Mr. Natwarlal and Suhaag in which their jodi got appreciated by masses. But after Yash Chopra’s superhit Silsila, the jodi was nowhere seen in any film. Silsila was supposed to be the story of their own life.

However, Sujoy has now managed to cast them in his next movie named Alladin. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Sahil Khan and Ritesh Deshmukh in it. Big B will be seen in the role of ‘genie’ with Ritesh playing the lead role of Alladin. The movie has already created curosity among the people with it’s promising starcast.

The shooting of the film is expected to be start from next month onwards. However, no confimation had been made from Rekha’s side for her presence in the film. But according to sources, Rekha is looking forward to work in Alladin.
