Deepika Padukone will be thanking god for giving the oppurtunity to do her debut in bollywood with Om Shanti Om opposite Shahrukh Khan. She got the kind of debut what she could never imagine in her dreams. But Amrita Rao, the young bollywood lad, is regretting about her absence in the item song ‘Deewangi Deewangi‘ of OSO.

Now here comes another news about OSO that, Amrita Rao was also one of the actress approched by Farah Khan for that particular song featuring 31 bollywood stars. It raised many question infact when Amrita was not featured in the song.

As it’s a well known fact that Amrita is very close to both Farah and Shahrukh. So her absence in the song is not easily digestible. Amrita was also the part of Farah Khan’s debutant directional venture Main Hoon Naa. In that film Amrita was with Zayed Khan and ofcourse with Shahrukh Khan too.

According to Amrita, Farah was very keen to take her in that song but she herself was busy shooting for a film in Austria. As Amrita can’t leave the shoot mid way so she apologies Farah for not to be a part of that song. Farah called Amrita again to shoot for a cameo role in the award sequence for Main Bhi Hoon Na in OSO. But she again missed the chance as she was again busy in Austria. Later that role was performed by Dia mirza.

Whereas, Amrita Rao is really regretting about her absence in OSO. She clarifies that, she is feeling very bad about not being a part of Deewangi song as whole bollywood was there except her. Don‘t worry Amrita, better luck for next time!!!
