Amrita Rao seems to be taking some big strides after a slow but convincing start. MF Hussain has confirmed that she would be a part of his next movie and that sharing the screen space with her in the movie will be none other than Madhuri Dikshit. Now there is something in common between both these actresses. Both of them have had themselves painted on the canvas by the legendary painter himself. The painter has also hinted that he might paint a portrait that has both of them in it.

The movie that will go on the floors will again be an art movie like his previous two flicks. He made the movie Gaja Gamini in the year 2000 and Meenaxi: A Tale of Three Cities in the year 2004. The movie will most probably start after Diwali as that is the time he has asked both the actresses to meet him. However as far as the painting is concerned he plans to finish it in a month’s time.

Amrita is also all set to make eh debut on the small screen as a judge of a reality show. Now she being the judge on eth show might have something to do with the performance she out in the movie Vivah, as the show is all about mother’s picking the right bride for their son. Shekhar Suman and Malaika Arora Khan are the other two judges on the show along with her.

At first, she turned down the part but then the money might have tempted her into doing it besides she is not shooting and has the dates to give to the show.
