Anil Kapoor is enjoying the success of his movie Welcome released at the end of last year. The actor has also joined the list of bollywood parents after the release of his daughter, Sonam Kapoor’s first film Saawariya. Although the film was not so appreciated by audience but still Sonam has marked her presence in bollywood.

On the other hand, in this age Anil is still getting the younger roles due to his killing good looks. Despite having some brilliant stars in Welcome, like Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Nana Patekar, Anil’s role was very much appreciated by the audience.

With Anil working in films too, people are expecting for a film starring Anil Kapoor with her own daughter Sonam Kapoor. But Anil has some different plans and this is shown recently when he turned down a chance to co-star with his daughter Sonam in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s Dilli 6.

Anil confirmed the news that he is approached by Rakeysh Mehra for a role in Dilli 6 but he denied to do it. According to Anil, for the time being he wants to stay away with the project in which he has to share screen space with Sonam. He don‘t want to come in any film with her daughter until and unless something very exceptional comes up to him.

Anil said that despite of Saawariya’s failure, Sonam has been appreciated for her role in it. Legends like Amitabh Bachchan and Dilip Kumar have also praised her for her brilliant act in the movie. Infact, Sonam couldn’t have hoped for a better debut than Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Saawariya.

Sonam and Anil has been already shot two times on an AIDS project. According to Sonam, his father was more worried than her during that shoot. Well we can just wait and watch for the time when we will see both Anil and Sonam sharing screen space for a movie.
