Asin Thottumkal has not looked back since the day she made her debut in Bollywood with her movie Ghajini. She has since then taken rapid strides and will next be seen in Vipul shah’s movie London Dreams. In the movie, she will be sharing the screen space with veterans like Ajay Devgan and Salman Khan. All that is good but what about her fans back home.

She says that she is open to doing Tamil films but only of the script of the movie is strong. If the role is challenging enough for me, I will take it. She has done enough to ask for that much. She was recently to give away the prize to the winner of a gaming tournament, which was organized by Tata-Sky DTH. She is the brand ambassador for Tata-Sky DTH and is one of their many users.

She has shifted her base in Mumbai from her home town as that saves her time in shuffling back and forth between shoots. She was recently linked to her co-star Salman Khan who has grown very fond of her. He recently presented her with a puppy. If there is anything more to their relationship other than friendship, it cannot be said with certainty.

She was recently involved in some controversy when her maid reported her for charges of abuse. Though she has been given a clean chit she says that she has learnt one thing from the incident. You cannot always have things, as you want it in life. Besides this, she is having a movie The 19th Step that will be released in three different languages.
