Ever since Balki announced his next project Paa, starring Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan in the same movie there has been constant speculation about the movie and the hype has been building around the release right from day one. The movie is not all set to hit the theatres on 13 November just a day before the Children’s Day.

The reason for the hype has been Amitabh’s look in the movie. He plays the son of Abhishek Bachchan and Vidya Balan in the movie who ages fast. In the end he ages so aft that he looks like the father of his father. With this movies abhi gets a chance to act in the way he sees his father is normal day life. Balki says that Vidya did a great job to look Big B’s mom on screen. Tabu would not have suited the part especially after the kind of role that she had opposite Big B in Cheeni Kum.

Balki however shot again for some time in England, which seems to be his preferred location of shoot. He said that yes, the look of Amitabh in the movie was revealed on the internet but that is only a part of the look and nobody was allowed to drop by on the sets and take a look at him with make up or even without his make up for that matter.

Ilaiyaraja will be doing eth music for his movie who is a great musician down south and is the nest in India if we are to believe Balki’s word. He said that he especially asked him to add some of his hit tunes in the music of this movie so as to give the audiences in the north a taste of what his music is like.
