Bhaskar Bharti can be termed as the TV adaptation of the Aftab Shivdasani and Antara mali starrer comedy flick Mr Ya Miss. The story of the serial revolves around Bhaskar, who is a debonair kind of guy. He works as a Chief Editor in Men’s magazine. He is popular among womens. But he has the habit of moving in and out of relationship and he considers women as just the thing of pleasure. He does not believe in the institution of love and marraige. He has dumped several girls after having affairs with them. Eventually, one of his girlfriend curses him to turn into a women to teach him a lesson. The curse comes true and Bhaskar turns into a woman. Soon he realizes how difficult it is to be a women.

Ejaaz Khan and Ragini Khanna are playing lead roles in the serial while Vivek Mushran, Aamir Ali, Simran Sharma, Rajesh Khera, Rukhsar, Aanchal Sabharwal, Snehal Sahai and Preeti Amin are also playing important roles.Aanchal Sabharwal is playing the role of best friend of Bhaskar, who wants him back in his original sex. Aamir Ali is playing the love interest of Bharti ( women avatar of Bhaskar ). Jai Kalra and Rukhsar are playing the negative characters in the serial.
