Chunky Pandey has spent nearly two decades in the industry and has some memorable performances to his name. He might have failed to become a huge star but he did manage to garner a small place for himself. He has been known for his impeccable comic timing over the years. Even the movies that he is doing right now have him in a comic avatar.

He now wants to break his image and wants to different kind of roles. He says that he is ready to experiment .He has even gone ahead and asked some directors to give him roles other than comic ones. He has expressed a desire to work with the director pair of Abbas Mustan as he says their movie has so many twists and turns that allows an actor to turn his color like a chameleon.

He also appreciated the work of Vishal Bhardwaj who manages to get the best out of his actors and highlights the performances of even the side characters. He makes the characters stand out and that is exactly what he is looking for. He until date is most remembered for his performance in the movie Aankhen in which he shared the screen space with Govinda.

He is having many movies releasing in the coming months although he will not be playing the lead in any of them. He will be a part of movies like Paying Guests, Khallballi - Fun Unlimited, Hello Darling, Shortkut - The Con Is On, De Dana Dan, Housefull and Daddy Cool. The makeover might be of little use though as he is well past his peak.
