Kareena Kapoor has for the first time opened her mouth to speak about the bashing the critics gave to her movie Kambakkht Ishq. Despite all the negativity that as create around the movie by the critics the audiences filled up the multiplexes making movies not only the highest grosser of the year but also raking in the highest amount ever in the first week of release.

She said that the audiences and critics might have a different point of view on a given movie. They might have different expectation and hence the different results. It is an individual opining in the end. The critics and the audiences cannot always be on the same side of the fence as was evident with this movie. She also managed to see the funny side of all this. She said that the audiences and critics have been consistent with Akshay Kumar though with one of them supporting him and the other not.

She refrained to make a comment on this issue earlier as she felt it would have seemed like a justification from her side defending her movie. Kareena seems to striking all the right chords with the audiences and seems to have hit a purple patch with movies like Golmaal Returns, Jab We Met and now Kambakkht Ishq.

She will next be seen in movies 3 Idiots, Agent Vinod and Main Aur Mrs. Khanna. Now after the euphoria surrounded her movie has steadily dies out she gets ready to see what the audiences response will be to Love Aaj Kal. The excitement on her face is nothing short of what it would have been on her release.
