Finally, one actor of Amitabh’s time is in bollywood for competing with him. Dharamendra aka Dharam Paji has gained what Amitabh Bachchan loose. Dharmendra has been doing the role in a film for which Amitabh was approched first.

The news is that, nine time National Award winning filmmaker, Jahnu Barua approched Amitabh bachchan first for playing the role of Preity Zinta’s father in his forthecoming movie Har Pal. But Amitabh refused to do so due to some unliking in the role.

Jahnu, then approched Dharmendra on Preity’s suggestion and he was more than happy for playing the role. According to Dharmendra , he is not aware of Amitabh’s fact and is doing the film because he is a great admirer of Jahnu Barua.

The film has Preity Zinta and Shiney Ahuja in the lead. Dharmendra is supposed to do the role of Preity’s father. Amitabh says that he has left the film due to some date problems. It’s now depend on the film release that whether it’s Amitabh’s loss or Dharmendra’s gain.
