Farhan Akhtar has seen the top of the mountain and has surely enjoyed the climb up to the top. The director turned actor has had an outstanding debut with movies like Rock On and Luck By Chance. However, he first made his mark in the industry with his direction and that is what he is going to be back doing in the summer of 2010.Finally it has been confirmed that there will be a sequel to Don -The Chase Begins.

After the first movie was released in 2006 on Diwali since that time there were speculations about a sequel being made. Now Farhan is finalizing the script for the movie. The leads will be played by SRK and Priyanka Chopra and the movie will take off from the point where it ended in the first part. The remake had an entirely different ending from the original work leaving the scope of making a sequel and continuing the plot of the movie forward.

Farhan is making sure that nothing goes wrong, as there will be higher expectations this time around with the movie. They are planning to release the movie on Diwali in the year 2010.Farhan has previously directed movies like Dil Chahta Hai, Lakshya and the remake of Don. His films try to target the youth audiences and have left them spell bound and inspired.

With Farhan directing the movie, you can surely expect something exciting and new. He is not afraid to go into unknown territory and experiment with his craft.SRK will surely recreate the hype as only he can with his larger than life persona on screen.
