Former bollywood actress Twinkle Khanna or Tina Jatin Khanna was born on December 29, 1974 in Pune, India. She is the elder daughter of former bollywood superstars Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia. She is married to bollywood actor Akshay Kumar. Twinkle began her acting career alogwith Bobby Deol in 1995 released Barsaat. She won the Filmfare Award for Best Debut for the movie.

She went for an eye and breast surgery after that film which resulted in her more beautiful look in next films. She did many films such as Jaan, Dil Tera Deewana, Itihaas etc. But her first big hit came in the form of romantic film Jab Pyaar Kisi Se Hota Hai in which she was starred opposite Salman Khan. After that she gave some good performances in the films like Yeh Hai Mumbai Meri Jaan, International Khiladi, Baadshah, Mela etc.

She was starred opposite two big guns of bollywood Shahrukh Khan and Aamir Khan in the films titled Baadshah and Mela respectively. Her last film in bollywood industry was Love Ke Liye Kuchh Bhi Karega after which she married Akshay Kumar. Later she opened her own interior design store and started working in it.
