Former bollywood actress, Anu Aggarwal, was born on January 11, 1969 in Delhi, India. She began her acting career in the year 1990 with a superhit film titled Aashiqui in which she was paired opposite another new comer, Rahul Roy. After a gap of almost two years, she was next seen in the 1992 released Ghazab Tamasha. In this film too she was paired opposite Rahul Roy. However, the movie failed to do well at the box office. Then she played a negative role in Jeetendra starrer suspense thriller Khalnayika. Though she won several acclaims for her superb negative act but this movie too failed to do good for her career.

Later she worked in a semi-hit film titled King Uncle. She was paired opposite Jackie Shrauff and Shahrukh Khan in the film. She created a huge controversy by appearing in a topless scene in the 1995 released movie The Cloud Door. After giving few more flop films in bollywood such as Janam Kundli, Kanyadaan and Return Of Jewel Thief, she finally turned towards doing South Indian Film. She, at present, is running a yoga school.
