Dostana is a romantic movie that is scheduled to release on November 14, 2008 under the banner of Dharma Productions. The movie is being directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Karan Johar. The main roles are being played by Abhishek Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra and John Abraham while the roles of Bobby Deol and Shilpa Shetty are also important. The music of the film is being directed by Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani while the songs are sung by Shankar Mahadevan, Master Saleem, Amanat Ali, Sunidhi Chauhan and Shreya Ghosal.

Dharma Productions’ recent flick Dostana offers all the emotions that a person requires in a film comprising of fun, dance and ofcourse love but with a little twist. The movie has been shot at the top Beach Party location Miami. The film is about three people Sameer ( Abhishek Bachchan ), Kunal ( John Abraham ) and Neha Melwani ( Priyanka Chopra ). Sameer is a guy in thirties raised in London and working as a male nurse in St. Steve’s Hospital. Kunal is also a guy in early thirties who can woo any girl with ease. He is a fashion photographer and an illegal immigrant.

Neha is a self dependent smart and stylish young girl working for a fashion magazine called Verve. Her intelligence and innocence always leads her in trouble. Kunal and Sameer wanted a house but the landlady turned their request down as two young guys may corrupt her niece Neha. So to live in the apartment they decided to pretend Gay. They got the house and everything was fine until they actually saw Neha, now started a test of their friendship. Neha’s boss Abhimanyu ( Bobby Deol )was also drooling over her and it was a real test for the guys.
