The comic and romantic movie Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd. was released on February 23, 2007 under the banner of Excel Films. The movie was directed by Reema Kagti and produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. The lead roles were enacted by Abhay Deol, Boman Irani, Raima Sen, Minissha Lamba, Amisha Patel, Shabana Azmi, Karan Khanna and Kay Kay Menon while significant roles were played by Ranvir Shorey, Arjun Rampal and Dia Mirza. The music of the film has been directed by Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani. The songs were sung by Sunidhi Chauhan, Shreya Ghosal, Shaan and Neeraj Shridhar.

The story of the movie is about the lives of six married couples that are on tour to Goa for their honeymoon. The six couples are Hitesh ( Ranvir Shorey ) and Shilpa ( Dia Mirza ) which is an orthodox pair. Bunty ( Vikram Chatwal ) and Madhu ( Sandhya Mridul ) is a Indo-American couple. Aspi ( Abhay Deol ) and Zara ( Minissha Lamba ) is the perfect couple which never fights and never argues. Vicky ( Karan Khanna ) and Pinky ( Amisha Patel ) involves little disagreement between them. Oscar Fernandez ( Boman Irani ) and Nahid ( Shabana Azmi ) is the elderly couple to honeymoon in Goa. Partho Sen ( Kay Kay Menon ) and Milly Sen ( Raima Sen ) is the orthodox couple from Kolkata.

The film starts with these six couples, guide and driver are going to Goa in a bus. A radio show named Pyaar ke Lamhe was being broadcasted and the jockey was narrating the lives, past and characters of each of the couples. The couples get to knw each other and the story unfolds revealing the secrets about each of them. There is also a mysterious man following the bus from the time it left Mumbai, on a bike. The man is dressed in leather and following the bus throughout the journey. The mystery about him remains.
