Insaaf Ki Devi was an action movie released on January 31, 1992. The movie was directed by S A Chandrashekar and produced by B S Shaad and Shabnam Kapoor. The actors in the significant roles were Jeetendra, Niraj, Rekha and Upasna Singh while the presence of Shakti Kapoor, Sudha Chandran and Kader Khan supported the film. The music of the film was directed by Bappi Lahiri and the songs were sung by Kumar Sanu, Alka Yagnik, Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle and Amit Kumar.

Insaaf Ki Devi was an action movie that explores the justice given to the innocent people. The movie starts when Suraj Prakash ( Shakti Kapoor ) is accused by a young lady named Sheela for allegedly sexually molesting her in the name of offering her a job overseas. The strange thing was that he not only deny the fact but also charges her of making him deaf and mute. His Advocate Kanoonilal ( Kader Khan ) convinces the judge that his client is true and Sheela is lying, as a result the case turns in his favor.

But soon Suraj is charged with another case, he is arrested this time for allegedly killing his wife Sita Prakash ( Sudha Chandran ). But this time also, Kanoonilal was successful in convincing the judge that she committed the suicide after Suraj got to know her extra marital affair. Again Suraj is arrested for killing his niece Pinky, daughter of police Inspector Santosh Verma ( Jeetendra ) and Sadhana ( Rekha ). But this time also the verdict was same and this made Sadhana an enemy of Suraj.
