Khosla Ka Ghosla was a comedy movie that was released on September 22, 2006 under the banners of Tandav Films and UTV Motion Pictures. The movie had been directed by Dibakar Banerjee and produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Savita Raj Hiremath. The lead roles were enacted by Anupam Kher, Parvin Dabbas, Boman Irani and Tara Sharma while the roles of Ranvir Shorey, Naveen Nischol, Vinay Pathak and Kiran Juneja were also significant. The music was directed by Bapi and Tutul while the songs were sung by Kailash Kher, Sowmya Roah, Kunal Ganjawala and Adnan Sami.

The movie Khosla Ka Ghosla is all about the property issue displaying the problems that several people face against illegal ownership of their land. This ownership vs. possession conflict is depicted between Anupam Kher and Boman Irani in the film. The theme of the film is so real that it keeps the interest of audience alive. Kamal Kishore Khosla ( Anupam Kher ) is a middle class man who worked his whole life to earn himself a piece of land. The twist comes to the story when a crook Khurana ( Boman Irani ) illegally occupied the land and asked Khosla to give him money for the land to be released.

The plot was something where KK Khosla dreamt of settling with his children and grand children. Balwant Khosla ( Ranvir Shorey ) was his younger son with doing almost nothing. His elder son Chiraunjilal Khosla ( Parvin Dabbas ) was a software engineer who was planning to go America. Dejected Khosla tries all tricks in his book but all went in vain. Even the police officials were bought by Khurana and as a result Khosla landed in jail for his efforts to free the land. The comic movie also explores the dwindling relations of a father and his son.
