Kudrat Ka Kanoon was an action thriller that was released on October 23, 1987. The movie was directed by Chandrashekhar and K C Bokadia while it was produced by Suresh Bokadia. The key roles in the movie were enacted by Jackie Shroff, Charan Raj, Hema Malini and Asrani while the roles of Kiran Kumar, Pran, Radhika, Shafi Inamdaar, Beena and Ramesh Deo were also important. The music of the film was directed by Laxmikant Kudalkar and Pyarelal while the songs were sung by Anuradha Paudwal, Mohammad Aziz, Lata Mangeshkar, Shabbir Kumar and Alka Yagnik.

Kudrat Ka Kanoon was an action cum thriller flick that revolved mostly around a man named Dr. Vijay Verma ( Jackie Shroff ) who lived with his wife Aarti ( Radhika ), and a young daughter, Munni ( Guddu ) in a small town. Vijay was a humble man who can’t see any torture on any one. One day he comes across a laborer who was getting beaten by the town’s sarpanch Dharamraj ( Om Shiv Puri ). He saves the laborer which was not liked by Dharamraj.

Dharamraj now wanted to teach Vijay a lesson and for that he made sure that he gets arrested in charge of killing his assistant. He was then imprisoned for seven years. Dharamraj also summoned Aarti of having an affair with the deceased assistant and also made sure that she was thrown out of the town and in custody of the Bombay Police. Years later when Vijay was released, he wanted to meet his family but was unable to find them anywhere.
