Bollywood actor, Kumar Gaurav, was born on July 11, 1960. He is the son of former bollywood actor Rajendra Kumar. He is married to Namrata Dutt and they have two daughters, Siya and Saachi Kumar. He started off his career with a superhit film titled Love Story in the year 1981. His next film came in the form of 1982 released Teri Kasam in which he co-starred beautiful actress, Poonam Dhillon. The movie won mixed reviews from audiences as well as from critics. But after that Kumar Gaurav gave a series of flop films like Star, Lovers, Romance etc.

He finally delievered a successful movie in the form of Mahesh Bhatt’s Janam. After that he delievered the biggest hit of his acting career in the form of Naam. The movie also starred Sanjay Dutt in a dynamic role. Later once again he failed to win audience heart with his films. He also worked alongwith his father, Rajendra Kumar and his father-in-law, Sunil Dutt in the movie titled Phool. But that movie also failed to do well at the box office.

He took a break from the bollywood films for some time and made a comeback in the industry with 2000 released Gang. He was then seen in Sanjay Gupta’s multistarrer action flick titled Kaante. The movie was a moderate success at the box office. He is currently shooting for the film titled My Daddy Strongest.
