The action movie Maseeha was released on December 13, 2002 under the banner of Time Magnetics (India) Pvt Ltd. The movie was directed by Partho Ghosh and produced by Pravin Shah. The significant roles in the movie were played by Sunil Shetty, Manek Bedi, Namrata Shirodkar and Inder Kumar while the supporting roles were played by Mukesh Rishi and Tiku Talsania. Music of the film was directed by Anand Raj Anand and the songs were sung by Vinod Rathod, Kavita Krishnamurti, Kumar Sanu and Shankar Mahadevan.

The story of the movie is nothing new but is an amalgamation of several Hindi films released earlier. The producer of the movie believes that the movie will be accepted by the masses as it raises the problems faced by the common people.
