Shatrughan Sinha, Chunky Pandey and Mandakini starrer action packed thriller, Na-Insaafi was released on June 30, 1989. The movie was directed by Mehul Kumar and written by Anwar Khan. The other starcast of the movie includes Asrani, Sonam, Gulshan Grover, Kiran Kumar, Raza Murad, Iftekhar, Sujit Kumar, Aruna Irani, Amrish Puri, Mac Moahn, Jagdish Raj and Viju Khote in important roles. The melodious music of the movie was composed by none other than well known music director Bappi Lahiri while the songs were crooned by Udit Narayan, Mohammed Aziz, Arun Paudwal, Alisha Chinoi, Sudesh Bhonsle, Nitin Mukesh etc.

Vijay Sinha ( Shatrughan Sinha ) is an honest and brave police officer by profession. He is living alongwith his father, Judge Kedarnath Sinha ( Om Shivpuri ) and younger brother named Sonu ( Chunky Pandey ). Sonu is actually the son of Kedarnath’s best friend’s wife, Sharda ( Aruna Irani ), who was brutally raped by a criminla named Billa ( Amrish Puri ). Vijay is aware of this truth. When Sonu reveals that he is the result of Billa’s misdeed with Sharda, he decides to leave Sinha’s house.

After few days, Vijay reveals that Sonu is now wanted by police. He learns that Sonu helped a killer named Kaalia from escaping from the police custody. Vijay realizes that Sonu only helped Kaalia in order to reach Billa. But instead of meeting with Billa, he ends up meeting with another criminal named Dagha, who gives him the contract of killing his enemy, Shakaal. Dagha also provides him a video tape titled ‘Marte Dam Tak’.
