Naachnewale Gaanewale was a simple drama released on July 26, 1991. The movie was directed and produced by B Subhash. The lead roles in the movie were played by Sheeba, Kader Khan, Shahbaz Khan and Raza Murad while some other good roles were played by Avtar Gill, Sathi Ganguli, Anant Mahadevan and Sarla Yogelkar. The music of the movie was given by Bappi Lahiri. The songs were sung by Udit Narayan, Kumar Sanu, Anuradha Paudwal and Sukhwinder Singh.

The story is about a son betraying his parents, when he is independent and on his own. The story starts with two friends named Jaggu and Maggu who used to sing and dance to earn their livelihood. They wanted their friendship to go life long so they decided to marry their kids when they will grow young. Jaggu had a son Chander while Maggu had a daughter Kamla. They wanted their kids to live a happy life therefore they sent Chander to town to study and be a gentleman.

Years later when they decided that it’s the right time to marry the kids they all went to Chander but were shocked when he told them that he is not ready to marry her and neither he wants to have any relationship with them all. The reason was that he was in love with a rich girl and they were to soon marry. He knew that his future will be secure but his parents may be an inroad. So he insulted them and told them to leave. What will they do now? Is this all kids can do for their parents.
