Plan was an action thriller released on January 9, 2004 under the banner of White Feather Films. The movie was directed by Hriday Shetty and produced by Sanjay Gupta. The actors in the lead roles were Dino Morea, Bikram Saluja, Sanjay Dutt and Rohit Roy while the roles of Sanjay Suri and Mahesh Manjrekar were also important. The music of the film was directed by Anand Raj Anand and the songs were sung by Alisha Chinoy, Adnan Sami, Kumar Sanu, Anand Raj Anand and Sunidhi Chauhan.

The production house of Sanjay Gupta and Sanjay Dutt known as White Feather Films produced their second film Plan that saw the debut of Hriday Shetty as the director. He is the brother of Rohit Shetty who directed Zameen recently. The movie appears to be a yet another underworld movie but the director has ensured that it remains the action thriller movie. The movie starts when four strangers meet in a compartment of a train and started sharing their life experiences. They had different goals but their destiny had different plans for them.

While Bobby ( Dino Morea ) dreams to be the next superstar, Omi ( Rohit Roy ) wanted to catch a man who robbed his father. Jai ( Bikram Saluja ) now wants to reunite with his love and Lucky ( Sanjay Suri ) wants to win at the gambling table. They soon ran out of money and their Ace man Lucky also lost at the table. They now need to pay their debts and they knew if they fail in doing so, they would end their lives. They decided to kidnap a rich businessman but the twist comes when this rich man turns out to be Musabhai ( Sanjay Dutt ), the king of the Underworld in Mumbai.
