Bollywood actress, Sonali Kulkarni, was born on November 3, 1974 in Maharashtra, India. She completed her graduation in Political Science from Fergusson College. She was married to famous marathi play director, Chandrakant kulkarni but got divorced later. Right now she is single. Sonali was first seen in the famous tv series Badalte Rishte. She then made her bollywood debut with Hrithik Roshan and Sanjay Dutt starrer Mission Kashmir in which she played the supporting role of Hrithik’s mother.

Her next film came in the form of Fardeen Khan and Urmila Matondkar starrer Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya. In this film also she played second fiddle for the second time. She then played her first lead role in Dil Chahta Hai opposite Saif Ali Khan. She won good revies from audience as well as critics for her performance in the film. She played an important role in Fardeen Khan starrer Kitne Door Kitne Paas. She was next seen in multistarrer romantic movie Dil Vil Pyaar Vyaar but the movie failed to do good at the box office.

Her next big hit came in the form of Taxi No. 9211 in which she starred opposite Nana Patekar for the first time. She did a movie opposite Arjun Rampal also titled I See You. Her last two flicks Strangers and Via Darjeeling falied to get success at the box office. Right now she is waiting for the release of her next film titled Rishton Ki Machine. Sonali was also seen displaying her dancing skills in the popular dance program, Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, on Sony TV.
