Pritish Nandy Communications’ latest movie Ugly Aur Pagli is going to release on July 25, 2008. The genre of the movie is comedy and is directed by Sachin Khot. The star casts of the movie are Mallika Sherawat, Payal Rohatgi, Ranvir Shorey, Tinu Anand, Sapna Bhavnani, Sushmita Mukherjee, Vihang Nayak, Bharti Achrekar, Zeenat Aman and Manish Anand. The music director of the movie is Anu Malik and the singers are Hard Kaur, Ishq Bector, Anushka Manchandani, Anmol Malik, Mika Singh, Sunidhi Chauhan, Shaan, Anu Malik, Vasundhara Das and Mohit Chouhan.

As the name of the movie suggests, the story of the movie is about a guy “Ugly” and about a gal “Pagli”. The girl named Kuhu alias Pagli ( Mallika Sherawat ) is a total freak who had no control over her whatsoever. It seems that she is going through an identity crisis but is able to grip the people she meets. Pagli has her own way of handling out difficult situations and this time again she has got a strange way to recover from the situation. So she decides to put some another guy in place of her. Whereas the guy Kabir alias Ugly ( Ranvir Shorey ) is a simple, boring guy who has been studying engineering for over ten years now.

The only thing Ugly wished to have in his life is a girlfriend but never thought that what he will have to do when he will have one. On meeting Pagli, his life changes completely and the innocent, charming Ugly falls in love with her. Kabir never thought when he will find his girlfriend he will have to run semi naked, wear high heel ladies shoes, ride cycle without seat. The happy go lucky guy’s life takes a U turn when he meets Pagli. Ugly wanted to get rid of her but the more he tries to go away the more he falls in love with him.
