Razdan ( Shafi Inamdar ) in Shanti Nagar, Bombay. He expected the place to be good and soothing but it was not so.

Shanti Nagar was a loud city ruled by extortionists like Peter Gonsalves ( Sharat Saxena ) and Jaichand Khurana ( Sudhir ) who work for underworld don, Taneja ( Kiran Kumar ). The twist in the story comes when Jaswant and a local taxi-driver, Raju Varma ( Chunky Pandey ), decide to put up a fight and attempt to drive the goons away. Taneja hires a killer named Raaka ( Sanjay Dutt ) but later he got friends with Jaswant and against the gangster Taneja himself.
