Hrithik Roshan will be seen very soon in Ashutosh Gowariker’s Jodha Akbar. Aishwarya Bachchan is opposite Hrithik playing the role of Jodha in the movie. Both of the actors are doing work for the first time with the director Ashutosh Gowariker.

Hrithik was regretting from a long time for not accepting Gowariker’s offer of Swades. He was actually first approached by Ashutosh for the role of ‘Mohan’ in Swades. But at that time Hrithik refused to do the role and that role than executed to Shahrukh Khan.

Although the movie was not a big hit but appreciated by audience for it’s theme. From that time onwards, Hrithik was looking for the oppurtunity to work with Ashutosh and finally got in the form of Jodha Akbar. And now he is playing Akbar the leading role of the movie.

Ashutosh Gowariker was not bogged down by Hrithik’s previous rejection for Swades. According to Ashutosh, when he was thinking about the actor for the role of Akbar, his conscious was pointing towards Hrithik. And when he approched Hrithik for the movie the he accpeted the role without having a second thought.

Hrithik Roshan has also hurted down his knee while shooting for the movie. The film has taken two years for it’s completion. Now let see whether Hrithik Roshan will be able to do justice with the role of Akbar or not.
