With less than month to go for your movie there are bound to be some emotions but Imtiaz Ali the director of the movie Love Aaj Kal says that he is absolutely stone hearted at this moment. He is neither excited nor nervous and a lot of that can be attributed to the fact that he has been busy with the promotions for the movie. He has been working for close to 16 hours a day.

He in an interview recently said that Saif Ali Khan was excellent as a human being and was kind of a person who remains friend for life. Even while he was on the sets, he never threw around his weight. Never did anybody felt that he was the producer of the movie. Imtiaz also spoke that the on screen chemistry between said and Deepika Padukone is amazing and so fulfilling.

Deepika was the only person he had in mind while casting for the role. That also answers the question as to why he left out Kareena Kapoor after the superlative performance in the movie Jab We Met last year. This will be his third love story in arrow after Socha Na Tha and Jab We Met. It is just co incidental that these stories excited him. He is hopeful that very soon he will do a movie outside this genre.

He is having a few stories in the back of him mind but at this point of time, he is clueless as to what he will be directing next. Maybe we will see him branching out into some other genre of cinema for a change.
