Sabbir Khan who is both excited and nervous with his movie Kambakkht Ishq looking to garner positive reviews for itself. The industry is expecting this movie to break the dry run going on at the box office. The director who himself hails from a middle class family said that while he was making the movie he wanted to be worth the money spent.

When we were growing up we ourselves wanted to watch those movies, which were paisa vasool so when I decided to make this one I had that thing at the back of my mind. He has targeted the right audiences it looks like and now he is praying that the movie gets good reviews from the audiences and the critics. He says all this would not have been possible if it were not for Sajid Nadiadwala.

He was the one who had shown trust in my abilities and urged me to go ahead. He saw something in me when I was assisting David Dhawan on the sets of the movie Mujhse Shaadi Karogi. Speaking about the huge international star presence in his movie, he says that credit for that too also goes to Sajid Nadiadwala. It was a joke that he made into a reality.

He recalls one incident at the theatre where they were shooting for the movie. There were close to 6000 fans cheeping and shouting but when Sylvester Stallone came in stage it was pin drop silence, which shows the respect fans have for him. He plans to go on a vacation after this movie and then start the script for his next movie.
