Vishal Bhardwaj is ready with the release of his movie Kaminey and he recently spoke how he actually got it wrong. He said while he visualized the concept he thought it would we easy. When he started scripting, it proved to be much tougher as he had around 10 characters in the story all of whom had to be well defined. When he finished that, it was even tougher to recreate those ideas on the screen.

The movie will be released a day before the Independence Day and he is happy with what his team has achieved in the end. The movie will be an all out thriller with Shahid Kapur playing the two roles of Charlie and Guddu. The two brothers have completely different personality traits. Before he went ahead and made the thriller, he asked his entire team to watch the movies like Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels, Snatch, Pulp Fiction and True Romance.

The reason why he asked for these movies is that these are considered great thrillers and have in them a textbook technique how to cater to this genre of movie making. The little nuances go a long way in the final product. It must be said that Vishal had his homework done completely before he stared with the project.

99 was one movie, which was made in this genre but failed to go a long way though it did fairly well at the box office. Vishal will be hoping to further strengthen his record of hits, which includes the movie Omkara.
