Karan Johar is managing the work of seven movies at the same time. It is not possible for any ordinary person to handle such pressure stuff but then he is no ordinary person. He recently revealed how he is managing all the workload. He starts of saying that it is not a difficult process at all but we know it us. He believes in following the simple three-step mantra to success. That is form a delegation, outsource your work and then trust in the people who are doing the work for you.

He also said that you need to have the huge infrastructure in place to manage all this and then a team having the right vision which he believes they have at Dharma productions. It is the dedication, expertise and experience of the team that counts and he says that he is very fortunate in that aspect of movie making. He also revealed that neither Hrithik Roshan nor Abhishek Bachchan have been approached to play the lead in the remake of Agneepath.

He said that Karan Malhotra who will be directing the movie is until completing the scripting process and once that is done only then will they decide about the caste. Karan will be making his debut as a director but he has assisted in movies like Jodhaa Akbar, Main Hoon Na, Lakshya, Lajja and Pukar. He is hoping that they would be able to do hospice to the Amitabh Bachchan starrer in the remake.

They will have to make many changes mainly because the last movie cane two decades earlier and a lot has changes since then. Wake Up Sid will be the next release by Karan Johar and next year he will have the release of much anticipated My Name Is Khan.
