Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan are engrossed with work on the sets of Jihad for which they are currently shooting in New York along with Rensil D’Silva. The shoot has been so grueling and time consuming that they have been hardly left with any time to them. However, thanks to Vivek Oberoi who also plays a pivotal role in the movie they got a very unexpected break.

Vivek was to shoot some of the sequences over a period instead he requested the director to shoot them at one go. The scenes had nothing to do with either Kareena or Saif, so with nothing to do they headed for a few days break in the city of New York. They enjoyed their time dining out at their favorite restaurants and hanging out in the company of each other.

The gesture sure earned Vivek some good points in the eye of the couple. Vivek who had earlier worked with Kareena in the movie Yuva had left a good impression. Kareena was heard saying that Vivek was nice and considerate human beings and had not changed since the last time they worked together. It seems as if Vivek seems to have made running repairs to their friendship.

Kareena in the meantime is also preparing for the release of her movie Milenge Milenge in which she shares the screen space with ex Shahid Kapur. The producers of the movie are trying as hard as they can to gain mileage from their break up some time back. The movie might very well also be the last time they share the screen space so all the more reasons to go and catch this one at a theatre.
