Kareena Kapoor is going through a purple patch in her career. Every movie that she is associated with does well at the box office. Her next release Three Idiots will be one of the most awaited releases. There is going to be a hoard of releases in the coming months but this is one is sure to look out for. One of the reasons is that it will be the Aamir Khan’s only release for quite some time now.

She has confessed that she had a great time on the sets shooting with the likes of Aamir, Sharman Joshi and Madhavan. She was all praise for her director Raju Hirani who seems to have done a terrific job. She was recently in Pangong Lake in Ladakh where they were shooting for the last schedule of the movie. They were shooting at 13, 900 feet above sea level.

Many people have complained of breathlessness and have fainted at such heights due to the low level of oxygen present over there. On top of the breathing problem, the cold is unbearable unless you have the right equipment to keep yourself warm. No hot water and no electricity further added to their problems. However, all of them being professionals ended what they set out to do and returned with no causalities, which was huge feat.

Kareena was dressed up in a ghagra-choli at that altitude. That looks like a bit of a misfit. She immediately after the shoot landed from that cold to the heat wave in Delhi to celebrate the birthday of her sister Karisma Kapoor only to find out that she was out of the country. Guess her luck is only limited to movies at this point.
