It is not hidden for the audiences about the difficulties Katrina Kaif faced when she first landed inside Bollywood. The most prominent amongst those barriers was that of language. She could hardly speak any Hindi let alone pull of all the dialogues and have them by heart. She had somebody else doing the dubbing for her but she soon found out that if she had to move any further than that she would have to learn to speak Hindi.

With help of some classes and Salman Khan, she overcame the hurdle, started dubbing for her movies and enjoyed enormous success. Now after settling down, she once again hit a roadblock while she was dubbing for Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani, which is being directed by Raj Kumar Santoshi. He has been over the years known for being very particular with his dialogues like many good directors.

The charcter Katrina plays in the movie is that of a Catholic Bandra girl who sounds hilarious to others while she does not intend do so. The problem she is facing is to replicate the same level of emotion while dubbing in the studios. Sometimes it is tough to produce the same laughter that matches the video. Nonetheless, she has not got those colloquial dialogues out easily.

Ranbir Kapoor who plays the male lead in the movie was at ease with those ones. Katrina will soon be finishing the dub but not before she re dub the portions that the director is not satisfied with. She will also have a tough time it seems with the dub of Rajneeti, which has been directed by Prakash Jha. Dubbing those huge speeches on top of your voice can be quite difficult.
