Bollywood non-glamorous actress, Konkana Sen Sharma is now trying her hands in comedy for the first time. She will be seen in her first ever comic avatar in Rituparno Ghosh’s forthecoming movie Sunglass.

Though she had already done one comedy film before in the form of Mixed Doubles. But her role in that film was not comic infact. According to her, Sunglass is going to be her first comedy film in bollywood.

Jaya Bachchan will also be seen besides Konkana in Sunglass. Both of them were last seen together in Pardeep Sarkar’s Laaga Chunari Mein Daag. According to Konkana, she respects Jayaji so much and wants to work again with her.

The actress got National Award for her brilliant performance in Mr & Mrs Iyer. On asking about the co actors with whom she wants to work again, she said that if opporutinity comes her way then she would like to work again with Irrfan Khan.
