Frankly speaking, when the movie Life Partner released hardly anybody expected the movie to make it to the second movie but the movie seems to have done better instead of just going through the first week it has come out with huge collections as well. The movie has raked in 7 crores in the first weekend itself and is still going strong.

It did receive an initial blow after the multiplexes in Mumbai and pune were closed fearing the spread of swine flu but now they are opened back they are expecting a boost n their collections. The stars of the movie were present at the Gaiety theatre in Mumbai. The fans that had come in to watch the movie were in for a surprise as when they reached the tickets counter, it was their favorite stars who were selling the movie tickets to them.

Tusshar Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Genelia D’Souza and Prachi Desai all participated and it was all fun at the theatre in Mumbai. Whats more the show was housefull now that is something is fast becoming the trend with the industry giving the audiences one blockbuster after another. The director of the movie Rumy Jaffrey and producers Abbas- Mustan were also seen relishing the moments with other stars.

It looks like the saying all bad things must come to an end stands true over here as the industry is back on track after a disappointing first half. It is no mean achievement to survive when there is Kaminey that is running on another screen in the same multiplex.
