Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty will be seen in the role of a comic don in Ashim Samanta’s forthecoming film titled Don Muthuswami. The film also stars Hrishita Bhatt and Rohit Roy in significant roles.

Director Ashim Samanta is actually the son of veteran filmmaker Shakti Samanta who had directed some classic movies in past. However, Ashim started his career as a director with the film Aankhon Mein Tum Ho which turned out to be a huge failure at box office.

Mithun was last seen in the movie My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves in which he played the role of a Father. According to Mithun, the role he is playing in Don Muthuswami is completely different from all the earlier ones which he had depicted in past.

The story of the film is about a don ( played by Mithun) who despite being a don tries to go straight in his life just for fulfilling the last wish of his died father.
