Movie Review of Rama Rama Kya Hai Drama
It seems that most of the bollywood directors are very much interested in making only comedy movies. Debutant director, S. Chandrakant’s Rama Rama Kya Hai Drama follows the rules and story of some previous bollywood comedy flicks. But with the actors like Rajpal Yadav and Aashish Chowdhary in the movie, you can pay atleast one visit to it.
The plot of the movie is based on the marital problems but in a humorous format. The story of the film is based on three different married couples. First one is of Santosh ( Rajpal Yadav) and Shanti ( Neha Dhupia), second one is of Prem ( Aashish Chowdhary) and beautiful Khusi (Amrita Arora) and the third one is of Mr. & Mrs. Khanna (Anupam Kher and Rati Agnihotri).
The movie starts with Santosh, who marries Shanti, a small-town girl. But later he realizes that Shanti is not the kind of wife he wants to have. Under these kind of difficult circumstances at home, Santosh starts day-dreaming that every other women is his wife. Similarly, Prem is also having problems with his wife as she is too demanding. The way both of them solves their problems is the rest of the story.
Rajpal, once again seems in full form with the role of the guy who imagines every other women as his wife. Aashish and Amrita looks good in their roles but Neha doesn’t suits the role of a typical indian wife. The real show stealer couple of the movie is of Anupam Kher and Rati Agnihotri.
Songs of the film are totally situational and good to listen. Rama Rama Kya Hai Drama is the old story of married couples but with some sort of new tadka in it.
